October 11, 2008 A "BROAD AND BLACK" BLOG At "A Thinker's Greenspace" Terry Lynn Howcott BILL AYERS: DOMESTIC EDUCATOR This is a temporary presentation in order to give folk some relative representation of William Ayers - recently denigrated by desperate imperialist forces as a "Domestic Terrorist."
What strikes me are suggestions that Ayers might be acceptable if he were only "repentant" - and yet that same chorus found a deeply remorseful Tookie Williams - sorrowful for the kind of life he led - appropriate to be murdered. Tookie Williams served 25 years on death row, authored nine books, and was nominated for a Nobel Prize - delivering enormous contributions to society and his community from a prison cell.
